At Xact Mortgages we pride ourselves on providing our clients with a high quality service, meaning we work for you and not the lender. We will provide advice and source the most appropriate mortgage product to suit your individual circumstances. We have over 35 years experience in the industry which makes us specialists in the mortgage industry.
Step by step process:
Initial Consultation
One of our highly qualified advisers will discuss your current situation and circumstance to enable us to source the right mortgage product for you. This advice given will enable you to determine what financial planning you would need to afford your
new home.
Full Application Submission
Not only will you receive advice on which mortgage product to obtain, you will be provided with an Xact Application Package, we will organise your mortgage and submit this on behalf of you to the lender, prepare protection for your family and provide you with a Will for added security. Wills are referred to a third party. Neither Xact Mortgages nor PRIMIS are responsible for the service received. These services are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and may have limited consumer protection.
Monitor
Not only will we provide you with a personal recommendation, we will monitor and track your house purchase so buying your home is stress free. Our admin support team will be in contact with you, your vendor and your solicitors to provide the full customer service you need.
